Photo: Radley Court, Southport Merseyside Police has arrested a man following an assault in Southport in the early hours of today (17 February 2017). It was reported a 25-year-old woman and a 27-year-old woman had been punched to the face by a man who was known to them in the car park of  Radley Court, Promenade at around 2.30am.
