The County Group’s coffee morning and fundraising event in aid of Queenscourt Hospice.
One of the Top 25 UK Brokers has recently moved to a new office in Southport to expand their Commercial arm of the business in a bid to be closer than ever to their customers and held a coffee morning to celebrate the success of the move.
On Thursday the 12th January, The County Group held a Coffee Morning and Fundraising event in aid of Queens Court Hospice. This event was held in order to celebrate their recent office move to Top Floor, Heritage House, 9b Hoghton Street, Southport, PR9 0TE.
The event was a great success and over 50 local businesses attended to be a part of the celebrations. During the event, with the help of each person that attended, The County Group were able to raise £400 from their raffle for Queenscourt Hospice.
David Burgess provided the entertainment throughout the event with his fantastic magic tricks, and Nathan Walton, Managing Director – Commercial Insurance of The County Group, gave a well-received speech to the local business community.
The County Group would like to give their sincere thanks to Rueters Restaurant and The Office Restaurant, both located on Hoghton Street. As well The Carpet Shop based on Virginia Street, Scrummies Café in Maghull, Suzanne Gray and Southport Football Club, a great club who are sponsored by The County Group on their first team shirts. All of them were able to provide some excellent raffle prizes and assistance on the day.
