The Bar and Burger Co will be serving up a taste of the dark side, for fans attending the film’s special midnight screenings.
The new Star Wars film opens this week, Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens comes to Southport on Thursday 17th December and with hundred of devoted fans waiting to see the latest instalment, the Vue Cinema is showing the film just after midnight .
Lee Murtagh who works at The Bar & Burger Co said: We have decided to stay open late on the Wednesday evening especially for those people who are going to this late showing.
We have created some special, Star Wars themed burgers and cocktails especially for the event and we will be decorating the restaurant to match. We will be serving these specials until the following Sunday but will be serving until 11:30pm on the Wednesday night.
I am actually a huge Star Wars fan and am very excited to be bringing my obsession in to my work place, even if it is only for a couple of days”.
