The incident happened at around 8.10pm on Friday 13 February on the M65 westbound, about one mile past junction 10. The black BMW car is thought to have veered into the central reservation before turning over and coming to rest on its roof a couple of hundred metres down the carriageway. Paramedics attended but sadly the 44 year old man from Barrowford was pronounced dead at the scene.
