Gangs of youths are defiantly flouting a dispersal order in Southport town centre
A Dispersal Zone is in force in Southport Town Centre from 6pm this evening (17/11/17) until Sunday 19/11/17 @ 6pm, as per the attached Map.
Enforcement of the Dispersal Area allows officers to issue notices to anyone in the area involved / likely to be involved in ASB.
However residents have already complained that large groups of youths are still flocking to trouble hotspots such as Chapel Street and Eastbank Street.
