A group of idiotic teenage boys have been caught on camera destroying decorative posts along Liverpool Road.
The three boys were caught on CCTV images ripping up and destroying decorative bollards along the pavement on Liverpool Road Birkdale and running into the road.
The dangerous behaviour has been slammed by local residents.
One said “I want them to be identified it’s absolutely disgraceful and the council have tried their hardest to improve the area by putting posts and bushes in which we have paid for.”
