Work starts on new 3rd Costa Coffee in Southport

Work has now started on new the 3rd Costa Coffee in Southport

With plans plans passed, the third Costa Coffee shop to open in Southport town centre this Autumn.

Costa, a brand synonymous with piping hot panini and iced coffees, has submitted an application to occupy the unit at 1 Chapel Street, on the corner of Eastbank Street.

The large corner unit has been home to several retailers in recent years. Costa already has an existing coffee shop on Lord Street, and another at Central 12 retail park on Derby Road. The proposed opening hours of the new shop are from 6.30am to 8pm.
