Woodlands Animal Sanctuary have recently launched their own range of exclusive merchandise and it is still being added to. Facing such a challenging past 12 months or so, especially with regards to fundraising, the animal charity has risen to the challenge by developing new fundraising ideas in keeping with recent and current restrictions.
One of these ideas has been to introduce their own range of branded merchandise. Available both on their website and their Facebook shop, there is a wide range of items to appeal to all ages and tastes, whilst with prices beginning at only £1 something for everyone’s pocket also.
Including some authentic images of their animals on greeting cards, eco-friendly tote bags, and a travel mug, there is something for every taste. As always, with all of the fundraising that Woodlands does, all profits from the sale of their merchandise will go directly back into looking after the animals in their care.
Providing year-round care for 150+ animals and funding that care takes almost as much hard work and planning as looking after the animals themselves and so any donations or fundraising they can do, that brings in any amount of money it worth doing. Just over the past few weeks the team have seen a large number of cats & kittens come through their doors in varying states of health and whether each of those animals has had a happy ending or not – the team know that the work they do and care they provide changes lives, and for that alone it is worth every single hard-earned penny and pound.
