A 70 year old woman collapsed on Hoghton Street due to a suspected heart attack as she waited for the bus.
Paramedics arrived at around 3:15 and treated her at the scene before she was taken to hospital.
A witness said: “He was waiting at the bus stop and she just collapsed. I overheard the paramedics talking and they said she had a heart attack. I hope she’s okay.”
