Appeal for witnesses after elderly lady targeted by bogus official in Preston
OFFICERS are appealing for help to trace witnesses after a vulnerable lady was targeted in her own home yesterday evening in Penwortham
The incident happened at around 6pm on Thursday 27th November on Broadfield Drive, Penwortham in Preston.
