Applications for Southport’s 2016 Mad Dog 10k race are open
The event is organised every February by Southport Hesketh Round Table with all the proceeds going to local charities.
Runners World Magazine “Best 10k in the UK” will take place on February 7 next year with around 2,500 runners expected.
They have promised a great atmosphere, brilliant goody bag, technical running shirt, spot prizes and a free sports massage for all those who take part.
This will be the sixth year the event has been staged along Southport’s Marshside, and spaces are expected to fill up quickly.
