A man convicted of strangling his wife to death has been denied parole.
Mitchell Quy spent 18 months making TV appeals for his wife Lynsey to come home after she went missing in 1998.
Even though he had killed her and hidden her body in Southport with the help of his brother. Quy was jailed for life in January 2001.
The Justice Secretary is responsible for setting Quy’s next parole date.
