    Tarleton bypass partially blocked after tractor overturns

    Southport woman, Samantha Watt captured the very moment a tractor and trailer go round the roundabout too fast resulting in the trailer overturning, Saturday 28 May 2016.

    Samantha said: “The incident happened on the Tarlton Bypass going towards Preston at around about 11:30am, I really couldn’t believe what I witnessed. It’s a good job there was no in the inside lane”
