WATCH: Southport motorist has two dogs hanging out of open boot

A dog owner was captured on a dash cam driving from Ainsdale to Southport along the Coastal Road with two dogs hanging out of the open car boot.

The two dogs were not tied and could have jumped out at any time causing a serious accident or killing themselves.
