WATCH | A young Southport filmmakers take on the town

A Southport filmmaker has finished a tell all short documentary looking at his hometown.

Joe Walby, a Young Southport filmmaker says he has worked hard on the project for over two months.

He says he is proud of its brutal honesty and that it is not often Southport is shown on film in this way.

Joe says “In the film, I look at the good and the bad aspects of the town, trying to find out what the people here think and why they might think that way.

“I believe that this video can provide a new perspective for the residents living in Southport, using a medium which is largely under-utilised in our area, film.”
