Paul Ellis captured a Balloon flying extremely low over Southport’s Marine Drive. Footage was taken on his dashcam, Saturday 10 October 2015.
Luckily there were no trucks or buses traveling down Marine Drive at the time otherwise it could have ended in tragedy.
