WANTED on prison recall Joseph McCarthy

Officers from our Fugitive Team are looking for 25-year-old Joseph McCarthy, who is wanted on a prison recall.

McCarthy breached the conditions of his licence. He is described as white, 6ft 4in tall, of proportionate build, with dark brown hair and green eyes. He has links to Kirkby in Merseyside and Ellesmere Port in Cheshire.
