Fundraisers are appealing for help to buy hospital scrubs and more equipment for nhs staff at Southport Hospital.
A group of kind hearted individuals are raising funds to buy materials for a team of volunteers sewers in Formby to make medical scrubs for Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals, to support the increased demands during the COVID-19 crises.
A spokesperson for the group said “We are working on these immediately, due to the urgent need for additional supplies of scrubs, so any donations you can make will be much appreciated.
“Not only are we needing funds, but we also need people to sign up via the page if they think their skills will be beneficial.
