Vital Signs Foundation Heart Screening 12th May
The Chris Haw Memorial Screening will be held at Southport College on Saturday 12th May 2018. If you wish to be screened then please contact Tracey at info@vsf.org.uk – she will be able to help you get booked on.
Each week 12 fit and healthy people young people in the UK die due to undiagnosed heart conditions. The Vital Sounds Foundation work with the Liverpool Heart and Chest hospital and carry out free heart screenings for young people in an effort to discover undiscovered conditions.
VSF was set up by Southport FC’s General Manager Steve Haw after the tragic death of his son Chris, who would have celebrated his 37th birthday on April 22nd.
Screenings are free and are open to anyone between the ages of 16-35. You can book your place by contacting Tracey on info@vsf.org.uk.
