Virgin Media customers in PR9 postcodes are reporting a significant outage to their television and internet services.
Virgin Media has acknowledged the fault and says the issue should be fixed by the end of the day.
The VM website says: “We know of an issue in the area that results in loss of service.
“You might find that you don’t have any Virgin Fibre, Virgin TV, TiVo or Interactive TV services at the moment. We are sorry about this and are working hard to restore your services as soon as possible.
“We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way.”
