A group of rule breakers have been caught on camera trying to start a fight with a man who challenged them over flouting vital social distancing measures.
A group of teens and an older couple began arguing and becoming aggressive with a concerned citizen who challenged them for travelling in a large group in Birkdale last night near to the Spar supermarket.
It’s understood they had already been challenged by fearful Spar staff who were concerned the group were putting lives at risk.
They refused to disperse and when challenged because verbally and physically aggressive.
Police have been passed the footage and are understood to be looking into the situation.
Anyone who may be able to identify the group are asked to call the police on 101.
