Culinary connoisseurs are flooding from across the country to take advantage of Bistrot Verite’s new Michelin Plate accreditation.
The already popular Birkdale restaurant has seen a boon in customers through the door after their chefs rightly won the top culinary watermark for their food and unrivalled service.
It makes Bistrot Verite the only Michelin Plate restaurant in Southport.
The Michelin guide says of Verite “A friendly, experienced husband and wife team run this bustling neighbourhood bistro in a pretty parade. Expect gutsy French dishes with a classic base, punchy flavours and the occasional British touch; the 2 course lunch is good value.”
