At 9:00 this morning residents were treated to the increasingly rare sight of Sefton Council gardeners tending to the rose garden in the middle of the two sets of houses.
A local resident said to OTSnews: “I am thrilled to see this, better late then never I guess. Hopefully this will become more regular.”
