Rotting household rubbish spewed all over Lord street “In response to this article I would like to update people on the situation. I have received confirmation from Sefton Council that the issue is being caused by people who don’t know the refuse collection day in the area. The council is to re-leaflet the area shortly and may take enforcement action whilst keeping an eye on the street for the accumulation of bags. The Council does not provide sacks to residents however it is now aware of the issue being caused by when they are being put out for collection.
