Six Tonne Railway RR14 Evo Platform lift unsafe and ready to topple over Ravenmeols Lane Formby

There is a RR14 Evo Platform lift parked on the pavement on Ravenmeols Lane, Formby.

The 6 tonne machine was left on the pavement by railway workers who are working on the Formby to Southport railway line at 4:30pm this afternoon (Monday 8th September 2014).

The weight of the machine has started to sink the front wheel through the tarmac making it unsafe and could topple over at any time.

It has been reported to the railway network but the platform lift still remains in its position at 20:35 hrs.
