Untaxed (uninsured) Wedding guests park for free in Southport

Traffic wardens have this afternoon failed to ticket or move on guests causing an obstruction near to Southport Town Hall, Tuesday 3 May 2016.

The registration numbers of the of the vehicles in the article both do not hold valid road tax – therefore have no insurance.

The taxi rank was also filled the guests vehicles, a waiting taxi driver said: “How am supposed to pick up from the rank?”

A member of the public said: “Guests were drinking and smoking in the street then throwing their empties onto the floor”.

“Two traffic wardens walked past without issuing a ticket – what a disgrace!”
