There carpark on Tulketh Street that was occupied by ‘Travellers’ on Sunday 18th October 2015 and which was later left in a disgraceful state with rubbish and chemical toilet waste is now open again.
The carpark was cleaned by the Rapid Response Squad devision of Sefton Plus.
