Travellers have turned the protective bollards of Southport park and ride into a washing line.
Last night a group of 20 travellers with heavy Irish accents drove onto the Fairways park and ride site and set up camp.
They have made themselves so comfortable that they are now hanging out their washing and dirty clothes to dry in the sun over the wall of the park and ride.
The police and council have been informed but OTS understands the travellers will be staying for the extended bank holiday weekend
