Preston New Road is experiencing traffic grinding to a halt after a two car smash this evening.
The crash happened near to the junction of Peterhouse School just before 5pm.
Paramedics were reportedly called to asses both vehicles occupants for injuries, although witnesses described the incident as being ‘minor.’
The road remains open to traffic but vehicles are moving slowly around the incident.
