A tractor driver had a nightmare in Ainsdale this morning after his big load came loose across Liverpool Road in Ainsdale.
The driver of the tractor was forced to pull over after his trailer became loose and shed its loads across the tarmac of Liverpool Road in Ainsdale.
The spillage caused the road to be temporarily closed and infuriated the few drivers who remain forced to commute to work despite the lockdown.
Police helped to clear the road quickly and it has since reopened.
