Police are looking to speak to them in connection with the theft of a bank card from the cash machine in the alleyway at Barclays Bank on Aughton Street.
This incident took place on Saturday 30th January 2016 at approximately 15:09pm. We are asking for anyone who may have any information to contact Police on 101 using log number: LC-20160130-1297.
The video of the incident has been uploaded with the express consent of the victim. The video is being shared to identify the offenders and raise awareness for the tactics used.
Please be vigilant when using any cash machines. Always cover your pin, and if someone tries to draw your attention, be aware of your surroundings and finish your transaction before interacting.
