Photo: Police arrive at the crime scene 3 hours later
Graham Eyes butchers on Botanic Road was broken into this evening, Thursday 26 November 2015.
The burglar(s) gained entry through a roof (see below) at the rear of the shop between 5.30pm and 6.30pm shortly after they had closed.
Owner Graham estimates that damage caused could cost up to £5000 to repair.
At the present time it is believed that the burglar(s) took only £9 from the till and despite causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.
