Thief grabs gold chains from Southport Antiques shop

Police are hunting for a thief that snatched gold chains from a Southport Antiques shop

Merseyside Police was called to Osiris Antiques in Cambridge Arcade, Southport this morning after a man stole multiple gold items.

A member of the staff said: “A man entered the shop and asked to see a specific items in a display cabinet when he grabbed a number of gold chains and necklaces.

The man ran out of the shop towards the direction of Lord Street.

The thief is described being a white male, slim build, late teens, dark curly hair and wearing a black tracksuite with a blue stripe.
