A Local resident has contacted OTSNews.co.uk with concerns about the closure of the Three pools waterway at the top of Crowland Street, Southport?
A local resident said: “Is this allowed? We walk our dogs here? Do we not have right of way? Three pools waterway at the top of Crowland Street?
OTSNews.co.uk has contacted Sefton Council who refused to comment on the issue.
