There is a sponsored fun run today at 4 o’clock on Meols Cop field. The Hesketh Colts football teams are raising money for football kits across ages 6-16.
This time the ‘Diddies’ are included, which is the youngest group ages 4-6. Children from reception and year 1 will be taking part, this is an opportunity for the young ones to be involved and experience being part of a team, as well as attain their first team hoodie.
This event would be a lovely photo opportunity and a good story to publicise to the family and Southport community audience.
