More than a great place opens to feed thousands of hungry guests

A fantastic new cafe serving delectable delights to the hungry workforce’s of Southport has launched on Hoghton Street.

The Great Place, aptly named for its fantastic array of fine food and drinks, has launched in the formerly empty space next to McGuire Estate Agents.

Eager to breathe new life into the building, new cafe owner Lindsey McGuire told OTS News that customers have already gushed with praise about the venture.

She said: “We launched earlier this month and already we’ve had masses of support from the community and people who are loving our food.

“Not only do we have an abundance of fresh hot food but we also sell some of the best and tastiest cakes as well as day perking coffee!

“We are sponsoring queenscourt hospice as well so customers are delighted to know by eating here they’re helping an incredibly worthwhile cause.

“Our idea was to keep the place just like the previous owners had done, totally cosy, warm and welcoming.

“We’ve had fantastic support from family and friends since we launched.
“In the coming months we’re also looking to hold future charity events.”
