Teenager knocked off bike in Roe Lane Southport
Emergency services were called to Roe Lane at around 12:45pm today following a 999 call, Tuesday 31 May 2016.
A witness said to our reporter at the scene: “A teenager boy collided with a blue Vauxhall Corsa at the Wennington Road junction of Roe Lane, he was not wearing a helmet”.
“Paramedics arrived around thirty minutes after the 999 call and treated the teenager for leg and back injuries before transferring him to Hospital”.
The injuries sustained are not thought to be serious at this time.
