Teenager falls through factory roof in Southport

The emergency services were called to an unused building (Phillips factory) on Balmoral Drive shortly after 5.00pm, Friday February 12.

A member of the public made 999 call when they witnesses a teenager falling through the roof of the unused ‘Phillips’ building.

Two fire engines, two police response vehicles and two police vans and a paramedic attended the scene

At the present time it is thought that the teenager escaped serious injuries but was taken to hospital.
