Taxpayers fail to get their bins collected in Southport

Green wheelie bins on Churchgate, Southport have yet to be collected despite residents logging the missed collection earlier this week.

A Churchgate resident quoted: “I have called and logged the missed collection and a neighbour has even spoken with the towns MP. We pay our council tax, we should get something for it.”

“Hopefully this article may prompt the Council into acting.”
