FC welcome Southport FC to Ruskin Drive next Wednesday evening (22Jan) for a quarter-final tie in the Liverpool FC Senior Cup.
Currently the semi-professional club ply their trade in the National League North and presents a huge challenge for the town’s amateur side.
Pilks have already beaten current North West Counties Division One North league leaders, Lower Breck and Northern Premier League side Marine to reach this stage of the competition and Chairman Jimmy Woodyer hopes they can get the support of St Helens to go one further.
