Southport’s One and Only Charity Christmas Parade a huge success

Since the well known Southport Christmas Parade finished organiser, Adam Brown has always wanted there to be one so he have taken it upon himself to bring it back to the town for all the families in Southport to come and enjoy.

The parade left Southport Pleasureland at 12.30pm and headed down The Promenade up to the Lakeside Inn pub and turned around, heading back up to Pleasureland.

The Parade eventually finished at The Scout Hut on Pinfold Lane where all the residents of Springbrook Children’s Home were having a Christmas Party and Santa delivered hundreds of donated toys for the children this Christmas.

The parade featured: Babyballet, Chris Shaw’s Christmas truck, The Dance Place Two Dance Troop, Santa’s Winter Wonderland Float, Jack In The Box Party Crew Float, Triviso Ice Cream Vans and The Santa Charity Bike Ride and LFC double decker bus.
