Southport’s Danny Hattersley jumps ship to Halifax Town

FC Halifax Town have signed striker Danny Hattersley from Southport on a permanent deal until the end of next season.

Hattersley enjoyed a successful loan spell at the Shay earlier this season, scoring three goals in six appearances.

He has now re-joined Town for an undisclosed fee.

He posted on Twitter: “Happy to be back playing for @FCHalifaxTown looking forward to the rest of the season!”
