Southport College is hosting an information evening about their new college for 14-16 year olds for parents and potential applicants. The event starts at 6.30pm on Thursday 5 March and to register your attendance you can visit http://goo.gl/VsfTrE
Students will study GCSEs in English, maths, sciences and ICT and a specialist work-related qualification in Engineering or Health & Social Care and Childcare. This combination is designed to give students a head start in their chosen career and successful students are guaranteed a place at Southport College on an advanced level course when they finish their 2 year courses. The courses studied and facilities the students will study in have been developed in conjunction with industry specialists to give students the best possible preparation for their future careers.
