Has any one seen a UFO on Monday night over Marshside

“Hi, it may seem like I’m on drugs but I was going to the gym earlier and saw what I can only describe as the Great Bear constellation in the sky but at really low level.
It was in a variety of colours mainly green and red so obviously a series of lights but it looked spectacular even though it was man made.
It was in the sky in the direction of The Plough roundabout. This was about 7.45pm but wasn’t there later on at 8.30pm.
Do you know what it could be?”.
