A UFC fighter who has just won a challenging fight in America has dedicated his victory to the memory of the three girls killed in the Hart Street tragedy.
Nathan Fletcher defeated Octagon rival Zygimantas Ramaska by submission in the second round at UFC Vegas 97 this evening.
As he celebrated the win he spoke to interviewers and dedicated the victory to the memory of Alice Aguiar, Elsie Stancombe and Bebe King.
Nathan said “I want to say their names.
“They will never be forgotten. For their families and everyone affected [by the tragedy] this win is for them.
“This is something good for Southport!”
