Southport Trinity will not let THUGS win after arson attack

Southport Tinity Club house at the Rookery on Roe Lane has been broken into and set on fire overnight (Wednesday 4 April 2018).

A spokesperson for the club has said:

“I am sorry to report that last night that the Clubhouse was broken into and set on fire last night by people who had no rights to be on The Rookery.

Football will still go ahead This Weekend, our 300+ players will be playing.

We will make sure this does not stop us functioning as a club.

Southport Trinity AFC is celebrating 120 years this year and our kids come first, they will be playing.

Please do not come to the ground at present, it is off limits.

Football, Cricket and Tennis now need to unite and dont let the thugs win.

Thank you”
