Airport security style was the order at Tesco this morning, Friday November 27 2015.
Around thirty shoppers turned up and twenty people were allowed in at one time due to past ‘Black Friday‘ trouble.
One shopper said:
“I was surprised at the amount of non branded electrical items Tesco had brought in to knock out at a discount price.
The Samsung TV had seen last week was not included and there were trolleys in front of them so we couldn’t get to them….not happy”
Another shopper said:
“I got myself a Phillips Air Fryer, £100 off, so £49….bargain!”
A member of staff said:
“We have genuine shoppers this year, last year people rolled straight out the pub and caused trouble at 12 o’clock. We are very well prepared.”
The thirty or so crowd that had gathered ahead of the 5am opening soon dispersed (below).
