Crosby Road in Southport presented one of the North West’s biggest street parties held to celebrate the Golden Jubilee in 2012.

Cleverly pulled together by Jonathan Cunningham MBE, managing director of STORM Consultancy, the day brought laughter and great memories to all those involved.

This year, the team couldn’t resist the opportunity to be able to roll out our bunting for a second time…

On September 9, 2015, HRH Queen Elizabeth II will become our longest reigning monarch so, what better chance have we got to all come together in the fashion of a royal street party and celebrate like they did back in 2012?

The Crosby Road organisers guarantee the day will be a fabulous occasion; and are counting on you, your family and friends to be there.

Although numbers can and are expected to change as the event grows closer, all residents of Crosby, Dover and Sulby Road who have already received an invite are encouraged to complete the reply slip and confirm attendance before May 1.

After this time they will be delighted to accept requests from other roads and allow anybody to attend such a special occasion and ensure that this second street party goes down in history.

All proceeds are kindly donated to SouthportOffshore Rescue Trust. Organiser Jonathan Cunningham said that after the great success of our previous street party they are immensely looking forward to this being the best yet.

He said: “We are looking forward to being able to create exciting new memories for all attendees whilst raising vital funds for this worthy local charity.”
