Our work is always about much more than crime and arresting people, although you might not think that, given our earlier post from the Southport end of Sefton today!
Today, PCSO 0240 has covered 24 miles on cycle patrol, from the Marine Lake to Marshside, Crossens and Churchtown, monitoring the area for compliance with the Covid-19 instructions and responding to some other issues that have been raised to us. Glad to report that the vast majority of people are following the advice and no one needed to be spoken to with any advice today.
On his route he came across this fabulous rainbow, that Alannah and Aston had just finished drawing. More than ever, we are truly “in it together” in the current situation. Great job Alannah and Aston.
