A Southport Optician has successfully completed one of its longest deliveries, sending bespoke spectacles over 5,200 miles to a very satisfied customer.
The Focal Rooms on Manchester Road in Southport are being praised by one of its customers after she took receipt of new glasses at her home in Tucson, Arizona.
The stunning example of dedicated customer service saw staff at The Focal Rooms carefully package up the order and put it in the hands of DHL couriers, beginning a journey of 5294 miles to the American city of Tucson in Arizona.
The round the world trip took just a few days to complete.
This isn’t the first time the Focal Rooms have made headlines locally, with owners brining lockdown merriment to residents around Manchester Road with their tongue in cheek car parking reservation signs for customers such as “Sally Veits” and “Tom Foolery.”
